These terms cover your purchase and use of the Skillwright course at skillwright.io, operated by Hand Coded Web LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the course, you agree to them. We've kept this in plain language on purpose.
A one-time purchase of lifetime access to the Skillwright online course — the lessons, graded projects, certification exam, and updates we make to the course material — for the life of the product. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not yours or ours; if we ever discontinue it, we'll give reasonable notice.
Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable license for one person. You may not resell, republish, share, or redistribute the course content or your access link. Your access link is your key — treat it like one. Teams wanting multiple seats: email us and we'll sort something fair.
There are no accounts or passwords. Access is unlocked on your device after purchase and via your private access link. Your progress is stored in your own browser. If you lose access (cleared browser, lost link), email hello@handcodedweb.com with your purchase email and we'll get you back in.
Try the early lessons. If the course genuinely isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, completing a large portion of the course or redistributing content, then requesting a refund).
Completing the course earns a Skillwright course-completion certificate. It is not an accredited degree, industry credential, or professional license, and we make no guarantee of employment, income, or business results.
Skillwright is independent educational material. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or any AI vendor. Product names are referenced for educational purposes only.
Don't attempt to circumvent the purchase gate, scrape or extract the course content, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or degrades the service for others.
The course is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
